You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information is provided. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of prescription medicines and UK pharmacy regulations.
If your prescription is not approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
